Mario Rodríguez Béjar

Biography

Mario Rodríguez Béjar holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Murcia (UMU) and a Master’s in Big Data from the same institution. He is currently conducting research at UMU while pursuing a PhD focused on advanced fuzzing techniques and the use of large language models (LLMs) for automated software testing.

His work centers on intelligent input generation, system robustness evaluation, and the security of AI models and complex software. In this context, he developed a fuzzing tool that led to the discovery of 137 unique bugs in the GCC and Clang compilers. He combines academic research with hands-on tool development, aiming to improve software reliability and security through artificial intelligence.
