Álvaro Ruiz Ródenas

Biography

Álvaro Ruiz Ródenas earned his Bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Computer Engineering from the University of Murcia (UMU) in 2023, where he continued his studies with a Master’s in Cybersecurity. He is currently pursuing a PhD at UMU with the support of an FPU scholarship from Spain’s Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.

His research focuses on topics related to large language models (LLMs) and cybersecurity. He has received the Extraordinary Award for the Computer Engineering Bachelor’s Degree (2022–2023) from the University of Murcia, as well as the Honorary Mention for Academic Excellence (2022–2023) from the UMU Faculty of Computer Science.
